Yes, each chapter has a set of 10 related questions that you can edit or replace completely. Your storyteller can answer as many or as few of the questions as they'd like.

Each purchase includes one or more chapters. Chapters are sets of related questions about aspects of a person’s life.
Your storyteller is invited to answer 10 questions for each chapter by video using our simple website with their webcam or smartphone.
Once they’ve answered all of a chapter’s questions, we combine the videos for their answers into a movie for the chapter.
You can download, share, and treasure it.
Absolutely! You can write up to 10 of your own questions you’re interested in
learning about per chapter.
Chapters are meant to be purchased for a single person, and only one person can
be invited to answer questions for a chapter. However, multiple people can be in
a video if that is desired. Note that the answer for each question is limited to
3 minutes.
At 3 minutes per question, and 10 questions per chapter, that’s 30 minutes of
video per chapter. We’ve found this to be the “sweet spot” where storytellers are
happy to answer questions, and the people watching the videos are happy to
watch. Anyone interested in learning more about a topic can purchase a chapter
again and choose different questions, or create a custom chapter with their own
questions.
We’ve made it easy and convenient for storytellers to record videos to answer
questions. They can contact us at any time with questions about how to use the
site or if they encounter any issues.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer full refunds anytime before your chapter movie is created.
Chapter movies can be up to 34 minutes long and will vary depending on the
duration of answers.
Our website makes it simple to record answers with the press of a button. All
they will need is a webcam or smartphone with a camera.
You can watch your chapter movie online on any phone, tablet, computer, or smart TV, and can also save it to your device.
Your chapter movie is stored securely in your password protected account, and can optionally be shared with others via a special link.
No, you don’t need to download an app. You can do everything conveniently via
our website.
No, you don’t have to edit anything. We take care of combining your storyteller's answers and photos into a movie for you.
Videos are backed up securely via redundant cloud storage and will be available to your family forever.
